Access control system is designed to provide real time data of personnel and vehicle movement within your buildings and sites. BeaconTrax applications offers continuous visibility within your sites, the software platform is easy to implement and scalable based on customer requirements and specifications. Typically ID card, Key Fob or Watch(wearable) beacons are assigned to employees or vehicles. Gateway receivers are installed at customer sites at entry and exit points, depending on the customer requirements additional specific gateways read points could be installed to get more micro level visibility of employee’s in real time.
Gateways serves as reading points to provide employee identification and location points to the software application. Gateways will collect beacon signals automatically when a personnel or vehicle with a beacon is seen within a 10-30 meters range of the gateway. Wider areas can be monitored depending on the type of gateways or beacons used for the project, movement of beacons is recorded by gateways automatically, this data is registered on to our access control system. Tracking movements is visible to customer web interface software in real time, we can provide additional alerts, we can automate the process of providing daily or monthly reports to project managers or finance departments. Other features include tracking history, automated entrance detection via reader zones, improved safety and security at workplace environments.
