Return Policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged in original condition. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, or would like to request a return or exchange, please call 1-905-239-7272 within 10 days of receipt of your order.
A restocking fee between 25%-75% depending on custom orders may be applied or a credit note will be provided for future purchase with returned items.
BeaconTrax hold sole decision assessed for any returns beyond 10 days from date of purchase.
Please note that any returns or exchanges may only be authorized within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

- You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) email for returns and/or exchanges
within 3-5 business days
All RMA item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.
- The packaging must not have any markings or writing upon it
- Returns missing accessories, packaging, manuals, and/or that are not in original
condition will be rejected - Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box
Non-returnable items:
- Software
- Customized products, with custom logo printed beacons or devices,
- All samples pack orders
